
Reimagining the SaleHoo Wholesale Journey
SaleHoo set out to make the wholesale supply chain more intuitive and accessible for entrepreneurs. Partnering with Fairhead Creative, they aimed to improve user flows and boost engagement. I helped design a smarter, more seamless experience that increased user satisfaction, retention, and long-term platform growth.

The Process


User Flows & Experience Mapping
Working closely with the client, we started by defining key user stories—primarily users searching for suppliers and those exploring product ideas to sell. We then mapped out user flows and touchpoints beginning at signup, focusing on three core stages: Onboarding, Activation, Retention.
Wireframes & UX Iteration
From the flows, we created low-fidelity wireframes to prototype new ideas and visualize proposed changes across key application pages. This allowed both SaleHoo and Fairhead Creative teams to evaluate design hypotheses collaboratively and quickly.
The Solution
We redesigned key user flows and interfaces across the application to simplify onboarding, highlight core tools, and improve overall usability to help users stay engaged longer.
High-Fidelity Wireframes
With client feedback, key wireframes were refined into high-fidelity mockups that balanced SaleHoo’s playful brand with the clarity users need for business-critical tasks.




Extending the Experience
After refining the onboarding flow, we extended the design to the dashboard and supplier search—core tools users rely on daily.
