Eplexity, a cloud services provider, needed a centralized SaaS solution that would allow enterprise clients to manage their cloud gateway services. The goal was to create a user-friendly platform that streamlined account setup, access management, plugin integrations, and support workflows.

The Process

Getting Inside the User’s Mind
To kick things off, I teamed up with stakeholders to get a clear picture of the goals, pain points, and technical constraints. From there, I mapped out the full user journey, focusing on key actions like onboarding, setting roles, and gateway management.
Drafting the Details
With a solid foundation in place, I sketched wireframes for each major module, including account setup, access control, and cloud management. Throughout the process, I ran working sessions with internal teams and engineers to test ideas, refine flows, and zero in on the features that mattered most.
The Solution
Cloud gateway tasks can get complicated fast. My goal was to design clean, intuitive tools for editing specs, managing rules, and monitoring performance, so users can work smarter and more confidently at scale.
